How it all began
So those of us friends who had third lunch during the first semester last year or were in our Latin class kinda became a family. The people in the lunch but not the class are "god parents" to the youngest generation of the family. We grew so close that we made up relationships to each other. We don't remember exactly how we started it... I think we said that Kristine seemed grandmotherly or that Lisa and Emma were twins. Anyway, so we have family parties every now and then and they're great fun cuz we're a crazy bunch of kids.

So: Emma and Lisa are twins, and Lauren is their mother. They are elvan princesses because their father is the heroic Legolas.

Kristine is Lauren, Jamie and Jordan's mother (Jordan is Emma and Lisa's adopted aunt and Jamie is their aunt by blood). Kristine is therefor the grandmother of the family, but she has had so many different partners during her drunken orgies that we have no idea who Lauren's father is.

Jordan/Jamie (don't remember which one right now) has two sons: Evan (the good one) and Kevin (the evil one). They are twins as well.

Chesney and Patty are the god mothers, though at the moment I am forgetting who is which godmother. I believe that Chesney is Evan and Kevin's godmother and Patty is Emma and Lisa's godmother.

Quote of the week
Our Latin family has many funny quotes (We say lots of stupid... I mean humerous things). I will try to add a new quote each week. Some of them you may not understand because chances are they are an inside joke, but oh well.

Lisa: It's all part of my master plan...
Emma: What master plan?
Lisa: ...*Gasp* Did I just say that out loud?!

A Very Dyffunctional Family
This is Emma's "documentary" about the latin family. She has about 20 hours of footage (not ALL of it useable, but lots of it is) but does not have enough hard drive space to do anything with it. If she somehow gets the space, she will post updates about her documentary here (which is titled "A Very Dyffunctional Family" as you can see above). The title is not a misprint. The "dyffunctional" is sposed to say dysfunctional, but at one point Kristine was reading a very old book called Romance in the Foreft (Forest)" where all the s's were written as f's. It became an inside joke. and we've always joked that if our family were real, we could most definitely go on Jerry Springer because we are so dysfunctional.
